Digital brochures & catalogues
No print, no photocopies, no boxes shipped home. Visitors take the whole catalogue with them and you keep the contact record.
Morph builds air show and defence expo pavilions that bring together content, technology, fabrication and immersive experience - so visitors don't just see your capability, they experience it.
Aero India is India's flagship aerospace and defence exhibition and air show, organised by the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, and held every two years at Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru. The 2027 edition — the 16th — runs 8 to 12 February 2027, and exhibition space booking opened on 3 September 2026. The pavilions people remember are the ones that stopped being a booth eighteen months before the doors opened.
Custom fabrication, original film, interactive software and simulator builds all carry long lead times. Starting early is what buys the room to move past panels and printed brochures into formats worth queueing for.
And we're not bragging, but if you want to build a replica fighter jet, we can do that too.
Every one of these has been built and shipped by our own teams. They combine - a touch wall that feeds a holographic reveal, a simulator that hands off to a digital brochure. These are starting points, not a menu.
No print, no photocopies, no boxes shipped home. Visitors take the whole catalogue with them and you keep the contact record.
Original films built for the wall they play on - from platform reveals to capability stories that hold a crowd on a busy show floor.
Depth without headsets. Anamorphic corner displays and holographic reveals that pull footfall from across the hall.
Object recognition, case studies and product exploration. Place a model on the table and its story opens around it.
Competitive, repeatable, memorable - including mind-controlled interactions that visitors queue to try twice.
Put a visitor inside a platform that can't be parked on the stand, or overlay live systems data onto the hardware in front of them.
Your existing film library, rebuilt for stereoscopic display - new impact from footage you already own.
Full-scale replicas, cockpit mockups, models and large-scale structures, engineered for transport and on-site assembly.
A standard booth is the right call for a small stand or a late start. Here is what changes when it becomes an experience pavilion, so the trade-off is on the table before you commit.
| What it decides | Standard booth | Experience pavilion |
|---|---|---|
| Information handover | Printed brochures and panels | Digital brochures sent to the visitor's phone, with a contact record kept |
| Typical dwell time | Seconds in front of a panel | Minutes at an interactive station, simulator or film |
| How product is explained | Static images and spec sheets | Object recognition, 3D films, holographic and anamorphic reveals |
| Reach beyond the stand | Whoever walks past | Content built to pull footfall from across the hall |
| Lead capture | Business cards collected by hand | Captured at the point of interaction, tied to what was viewed |
| After the show | Boxes of leftover print | A content and software library reusable at the next show |
| Lead time needed | Weeks | 12-18 months where custom fabrication or simulators are involved |

Concept renders, interactive walls and full-scale replicas - fabricated, wired and installed by our own teams, which is why the film, the interaction and the physical build actually line up on show day.
Morph Digital Solutions designs and builds exhibition pavilions and experience centres for air shows and defence expos in India, including Aero India. We delivered work for DRDO at Aero India 2025 and for ADA on 25 Years of the Light Combat Aircraft. The full scope sits in-house: concept and design, film and 3D content, interactive technology, and physical fabrication including full-scale aircraft and vehicle replicas.
Aero India 2027, the 16th edition, runs from 8 to 12 February 2027 at Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru. Exhibitor registration and exhibition space booking opened on 3 September 2026, so stand allocation is already under way. We recommend starting 12 to 18 months ahead. Custom fabrication, original film production, interactive software and simulator builds all have long lead times, and an early start is what makes formats beyond a standard booth possible.
Beyond panels and printed brochures: interactive touch walls and smart tables with object recognition, holographic and anamorphic displays, 3D and AI-driven films, VR, AR and mixed reality stations, gamified and mind-controlled interactions, flight simulator cockpits, and full-scale replicas of aircraft, helicopters and armoured vehicles. Digital brochures replace print entirely and capture visitor data at the same time.
Yes. We run our own large-scale fabrication, and have built full-scale helicopter replicas, armoured vehicle replicas and aircraft cockpit mockups for exhibitions. Replicas are engineered for transport, on-site assembly and venue safety requirements alongside the interactive and content elements of the pavilion.
We work across aerospace and defence exhibitions in India and internationally, including Aero India in Bengaluru, DefExpo, Wings India in Hyderabad, and overseas shows such as the Dubai Airshow and Singapore Airshow. Morph operates from India with a presence in the UAE.
There is no standard price, because cost is driven by the variables of the build rather than by floor area alone. The main factors are: stand size and whether it is one or two storeys; how much is custom fabrication versus reusable system build; the number of interactive stations and whether their software is bespoke; whether films are newly produced or adapted from existing footage; whether a full-scale replica or simulator is included; and transport, on-site installation and show-days manpower. We scope these against a target budget and give a costed breakdown before anything is built, so the budget decides the format rather than the other way round.
Yes. Content, technology, fabrication and installation sit under one roof, so a single team is accountable for the pavilion - design, film and 3D production, interactive software, structural fabrication, on-site installation and show-days support. That removes the coordination gaps that appear when these are split across separate vendors.
The event facts, from the official organiser. If you are weighing up exhibiting, these are the dates and constraints that shape every other decision.
Aero India is India's flagship aerospace and defence exhibition and air show, organised by the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence. It combines a trade exhibition with flying displays, and brings together global aerospace and defence companies, policymakers, defence forces and international delegations. For exhibitors it functions as the primary Indian marketplace for aerospace and defence partnerships.
Aero India 2027 runs from 8 to 12 February 2027. It is the 16th edition. Aero India is held every two years, in odd-numbered years — the previous edition, Aero India 2025, ran from 10 to 14 February 2025.
At Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The venue has hosted every edition, and its active runway is what allows the flying display to run alongside the exhibition halls and outdoor static display areas.
The Department of Defence Production under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, with the Indian Air Force, HAL and DRDO among the participating organisations. Exhibitor registration and exhibition space booking are handled through the official site, aeroindia.gov.in.
Both. The pattern at Aero India 2025 was three business days followed by two public days: 10, 11 and 12 February were business days and 13 and 14 February were open to the public. It matters for pavilion design, because a stand has to work for scheduled buyer meetings on the business days and for high volumes of walk-up visitors on the public days.
Aero India 2025 drew around 900 exhibitors, including roughly 150 international exhibitors, alongside 26 defence ministers and 118 CEOs. At that density, being seen is a design problem rather than a presence problem — which is why the formats that pull attention from across a hall earn their cost.
Event facts above are from the official Aero India site and Government of India announcements. Confirm current dates and registration deadlines at aeroindia.gov.in.
